✓An electrical desk needs a different assessment approach from a toy or industrial system. We therefore start every project with a product-specific assessment rather than a generic template.
This keeps the work focused on the legislation, standards, assessments and evidence that genuinely apply to your product.

We analyse your product's function, design and intended use. You receive a traceable overview of applicable EU legislation, relevant standards and the resulting requirements.
We identify hazards during use, maintenance and foreseeable misuse. The product-specific assessment documents risks, necessary protective measures and residual risks for the remaining CE records.
We prepare the agreed documents and compile the product description, risk assessment, supplied drawings, test reports and supplier records into an organised technical file. Missing evidence is clearly identified.
We prepare the EU or EC Declaration of Conformity with product identification, the responsible business and applicable legislation. Once the necessary evidence is complete, it is ready for the manufacturer's approval and signature.
We review, revise or create your user or operating manual. Depending on the product, it covers installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, safety and warnings, aligned with the risk assessment and agreed languages.
We review existing markings and prepare a product-specific rating-plate and mandatory-information template. You receive specifications for the CE mark, product identification, manufacturer details and required warnings.
The difference between our Complete packages is the work on your user or operating manual.
Within the agreed scope, you receive a coherent and traceable documentation package. Once technical conformity has been demonstrated, the manufacturer performs only the formal review and approval, signature and application of the specified markings.
